A Fairy's Song

The Wind in the willows,
The wind in the grass.
The sun in the clover
As Fairy Folk pass.
And it's flying,
And Spying
And dancing around.
First up in the tree-tops,
Then down on the ground.
So, come to us, Children,
O come while you may.
For fairies are always
Just ready to play.

(from John Martin's Big Book for Little Folk copywright 1919)

Yup, getting a lot of mileage out of my little picture. I forgot I had this poem and just had to repost the picture with the poem.
