I've been wanting to try my hand at redoing an old dresser. I finally found a ugly cheap one. So, here's the before and after shots.

fun with rubber bands

I found some string art boards at a yard sale for 25 cents and bought one for each kid thinking it would be a fun project to do with them. On the way home, I stopped at the dollar store and grabbed a big bag of rubber bands. The string art was quickly forgotten, they've spent hours making really great designs on the boards with rubber bands.

Jack LOVES playing with sisters. they play dress up- he plays dress up. They play with dolls- he plays with dolls. They play house- he plays house. Sisters don't always like him "messing up" their play. But here's a brief moment of blissful play when they were all happily playing that they were master chefs.
